Q: What is your production lead time for embellished orders?
A: Orders generally ship 2 weeks from the day the order is received.
Q: What is your production lead time for blank orders?
A: If order is submitted by 1:30pm (est) it will ship out that day. If it is submitted after that, it will ship on the next business day.
Q: What is your Sample Policy?
A: You may purchase any one of a style for ½ off of your net price. You may borrow samples for up to 60 days at 35% off of MSRP pricing. Samples may then be returned for a full refund, per the Refund Policy.
Q: What is your Refund Policy?
A: If blank items are returned within 60 days in their original condition, a full refund will be granted, minus the freight. If garments purchased were samples, no restocking fee applies. If garments purchased were for a non-sample order, a 10% restocking fee applies.
Q: Do you up charge on sizes?
A: There is no up charge for sizing of Turfer’s quality products.
